Give your patients answers after pregnancy loss with a comprehensive miscarriage test
ASRM has updated its guidelines on recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) management, redefining RPL and recommending chromosome analysis of miscarriage tissue as the first step in evaluation.3
Anora™, Natera’s SNP-based comprehensive products of conception (POC) miscarriage test, helps make that possible by identifying chromosomal causes of pregnancy loss and delivering results that can guide next steps for your patients:
- Detects aneuploidies, uniparental disomy (UPD), partial and complete molar pregnancies, all deletions and duplications 5 Mb or larger, and select deletions and duplication down to 1 Mb.
- Identifies parental origin of chromosomal abnormalities‡ to inform reproductive and post-pregnancy care.
- Rules out maternal cell contamination (MCC) from a normal female fetal result.
- Provides a result§ >99% of the time, versus a 10%-40% chance of no results with karyotyping.4
- Can be performed on fresh tissue, paraffin-preserved tissue samples, and on tissue collected at home.
Extend your care team with genetics education that elevates your patients’ experiences
After giving birth to a child with Zellweger syndrome, Melissa and Morgan used in vitro fertilization (IVF) to expand their family. After some unexpected news, they were connected with one of Natera’s board-certified genetic counselors. The next five years were difficult. The couple worked with three different fertility clinics. Natera’s genetic counselor was their one constant.
“You have no idea the level of education or the level of complexity in the field and in the level of service that they offer. It surprised me after we talked to her just a couple of times just how intelligent she was and how serious she was, while still being compassionate and gentle,” said Melissa.
Natera delivers tailored genetic education and counseling services that seamlessly integrate into fertility practices, streamlining workflows, supporting clinicians, and enhancing patient care. With specialized expertise in assisted reproductive technologies and third-party reproduction, our board-certified genetic counselors provide compassionate guidance, ensuring patients feel informed and supported as they navigate complex genetic information.
