Employee benefits

  • Medical plan options. Our medical plan options give you the flexibility to select the right health care coverage for you and your eligible family members.
    • Dental and vision plans. Dental and vision plans are also available.
    • Fertility benefits. Our medical plan options include fertility benefits (e.g., IVF, ZIFT) for you and your family members.
    • Maternity benefits. We offer maternity leave of absence with continuity of take-home pay.
  • Natera tests. All Natera tests are offered for free to employees and their eligible immediate family members.
  • Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) and limited purpose FSAs. We offer flexible spending accounts (FSAs) that let you use pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible out-of-pocket health care and dependent day care expenses. Limited purpose FSA is only an option with the HSA medical plan.
