Natera provides essential medical services for thousands of patients every day, and our laboratories continue to operate at high throughput levels. Stringent health and safety precautions have been implemented in all of our facilities to ensure the continuity of testing operations. These include daily health checks for lab staff and a work-from-home policy for all non-lab employees. You should not experience any delays in test delivery and processing.

We offer a number of remote and virtual resources to support you and your patients during the COVID-19 outbreak, including:


  • Simple Ordering enables providers to order testing virtually through our Natera Connect portal. Simple Ordering delivers patient education and cost estimates digitally, while kits are shipped directly to patients and samples are collected via mobile phlebotomy or at a local patient service center.   • Nationwide mobile phlebotomy services that take place at the homes of patients, at no charge to the patient. Schedule an appointment or find a patient service center location or call (844) 778-4700.
  • Remote information sessions with genetic counselors will continue to be available before and after testing for both patients and providers. Patients can schedule a session with one of our more than 50 board-certified Genetic Counselors.
  • Kits and test requisitions can be shipped directly to your office for replenishment. Order via Natera Connect or contact your Natera representative.
  • Horizon Partner Auto-Enroll provides an automated workflow for testing partners when a patient has a positive result on the Horizon Carrier Screen. Contact your Natera representative for more information.
  • Natera’s sales and medical teams are ready to support you virtually through video conferences and education sessions.
