We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and are continuing to work hard to provide access to essential medical services that our transplant patients rely on every day. At a time when remote care is critical for your at-risk transplant population, Natera is providing remote blood draw services so patients are able to access Prospera without the need for a clinic visit.

Our nationwide blood draw network can visit your patients’ homes for no additional charge. If patients have concerns about having blood drawn at home, they should communicate these to the mobile phlebotomist.

We know that these times are difficult and uncertain, and that you are experiencing new challenges in providing care to your patients. As usual, the Natera team will continue to do everything we can to best serve our patients, health care providers, and other partners.
